Dear Cedars Residents, Families, and Employees,
Like all of you, The Cedars continues to monitor the impact of COVID-19 (coronavirus) on the world, state, and community around us. Earlier this week, we decided to take the necessary step of suspending visitation to our facilities from outside family and guests. The Cedars, local, and state health organizations are committed to protecting the well-being of our residents and employees, along with the general public.
We are working hourly with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Kansas and Local Public Health Agencies, and other retirement communities on the appropriate next steps. Our residents and staff are our top priority and guide us in our decisions.
During this rapidly changing time, we will take every necessary precaution, and ask you to do the same. This moment in our history will not be easily forgotten, and it is time for all of us to take care of each other.
Your support has always meant everything to us, but never more so than now.
