Between the quilting groups that met yesterday, and the China painting today, I’m constantly amazed at the craftiness and talents of our many residents! These wonderful people have spent a lifetime working, enjoying hobbies, spending time with family, and exploring life opportunities. The wealth of knowledge that they bring to the table is nearly limitless, and our staff feels so fortunate to be able to spend time with them each and every day, talking to them and learning from them.
I spoke to Classic Flooring here in town yesterday, and it sounds like we’re just a few weeks away from having our two new duplexes done! The Chamber of Commerce loves the idea of having a Chamber Coffee and open house once they are done, as there is a tremendous amount of curiousity both on campus and around the community as a whole. I looked through the windows yesterday myself, and can’t wait to get inside and see what they’ve done to personalize these independent living areas. Stay tuned for more details on that!
